女性精神分裂症患者社会支持特征调查及行为干预

目的:了解女性精神分裂症患者社会支持的特点,探求社会支持新模式。方法:采用社会支持评定量表对100例女性精神分裂症住院患者进行调查,了解其社会支持度。结果:高中文化者的主观支持、社会支持总分、利用度高于小学者(P0.05),初中文化者利用度高于小学者(P0.05);居住城镇、经济收入中等以上者利用度均高于居住农村、经济收入低者(P0.05);未婚、离异者利用度均高于已婚者(P0.05),已婚者的主观支持高于未婚者(P0.05);第一次住院患者的客观支持高于第二次住院者(P0.05)。结论:精神分裂症女性患者的社会支持受文化程度、居住环境、经济、婚姻状况和住院历程的影响,针对其社会支持特征应建立一个综合性的社会支持系统,消除和改善社会公众的负性态度,并对患者的亲友团进行心理干预,以期用循环式的社会支持干预女性患者的心理和行为,促进精神疾病的康复。

Investigation the social support characteristics of female schizophrenia patients and its behavior intervention

Objective ： To understand the features of female schizophrenia patients＇ social support and seek social support for the new model. Methods ： Used social support rating scale to survey 100 cases of female schizophrenia inpatients. Resuhs：High school culture＇s subjective support, social support, utiliza- tion degree higher than primary school subjects （ P 〈 0.05 ）, culture of junior high school was higher than those with primary school （ P 〈 0.05 ）, residential town, income above middle use were higher than the rural residential, low income persons （P 〈 0.05 ）, unmarried use, divorce was higher than the married persons （ P 〈 0.05 ）, snbjeetive support married people was higher than the unmarried （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the first hospital of objective support were higher than the second inpatients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The female patients with schizophrenia social support influenced by culture, living environment, economy, marriage status and length of course, aiming at the characteristics of social support and social support system to establish a comprehensive, eliminate and im- prove the negative public attitudes, and psychological intervention on patients with ＂friends group＂ in order to use circulation, social support intervention in female patients with psychological and behavior, promote the rehabilitation of the disease.
