| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下M ammotom e微创旋切术对隐匿性乳腺病灶诊断的意义。方法2003年11月~2004年10月对该院22例31处隐匿性乳腺病灶进行B超引导下M ammotom e微创旋切术。结果22例患者均在超声引导下行M ammotom e微创旋切术,操作无一例失败,术后均明确诊断,恢复良好。结论超声引导下M ammotom e微创旋切术有利于隐匿性乳腺病灶的诊断,手术创伤小、恢复快,对良性疾病兼具治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnosis significance of ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsy technique in nonpalpable breast mass.Methods 22 women were underwent 31 ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsies from November 2003 to October 2004.Results All ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsies were successfully performed in all 22 patients,all nonpalpable breast masses were diagnosed accurately and without any postoperative complication.Conclusion Ultrasound guided Mammotome core biopsy system is very useful in the diagnosis of nonpalpable breast mass.It can also be used in the excision of benign lesions. |
