丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(附60例临床观察)

目的　通过前瞻性双盲对照研究 ,观察丹参对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的疗效情况和安全性。方法　将 2 0 0 1 - 0 9～ 2 0 0 3- 0 9收治的HIE患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,2组同时给予常规基础性治疗 ,治疗组给予丹参 0 2～ 0 4mL/(kg .d)静脉点滴 ,1 0d为 1个疗程 ,2组患儿治疗后记录临床症状消失时间 ,同时进行新生儿神经行为 (NBNA)评分。结果　治疗组显效 +有效率 (90 0 % )高于对照组 (6 6 7% ) ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =4 81 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,2组的NBNA评分在治疗前差异无显著性 (χ2 =0 2 7,P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗后差异有显著性 (χ2 =4 81 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,治疗组NBNA评分在治疗前后差异也有显著性 (χ2 =7 2 0 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论　丹参治疗HIE安全、经济、有效。

Clinical Observation on Neonate Ischemic Encephalopathy Treated with Dan-shen

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of neonate ischemic encephalopathy (NIE) treated with Dan-shen. Methods The NIE patients hospitalized from Sep. 2001 to Sep. 2003 were divided randomly into treatment group and control group. On the bases of routine treatment, 0.2～0.4 mL/kg.d of Dan-shen was injected intravenously in treatment group for 10 days as a course. The time of symptom disappear was observed and assessed the NBNA score. Results The good ef fect and curative effect rate was 90% that higher than 66.7% in control group with significant difference (χ 2=4.81, P<0.05) and in NBNA before and after treatment (χ 2=4.81, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of NIE with Dan-shen should be safe and effective.
