摘    要:目的:研究在丙溴磷农药作用下,油菜的抗氧化酶系统(过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT)的活性变化。方法:POD与CAT的活性分别采用愈创木酚法和紫外吸收法。结果:丙溴磷对油菜的POD、CAT活性影响显著,处理组POD、CAT活性明显高于对照组,CAT活性在实验天数内呈现先升高后下降的趋势。结论:在油菜遭受丙溴磷胁迫初期POD和CAT活性即变化显著,可作为丙溴磷迫胁油菜比较敏感的指标。

Abstract:Objective:An experiment was carried out to study the effects of profenofos stress on the activities of catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) in Brassica Napus.Methods:The activities of POD and CAT were detected by spectrophotometry.Results:The activities of CAT and POD were all promoted under the profenofos stress.Prolonged duration of profenofos stress increased the activities of CAT,which soon declined.Conclusion:The activities of CAT and POD which were all highly improved could serve as sensitive biomarker under profenofos stress in Brassica Napus.
