| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胃大部切除术后残胃排空延迟综合征(DGE)的诊断与治疗。方法：回顾性分析总结1985年1月至2002年12月间胃大部切除手术408例。结果：本组408例中发生残胃排空延迟综合征11例，发生率2．7％。结论：DGE可由多种因素诱发，发病机制不明。非手术治疗可治愈，手术应为禁忌。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and management of delayed gastric emptying(DGE) after gastrectomy. Method:A retrospective analysis was made from 408 patients undergoing gastric resection between 1985.01 and 2002.12. Result:DGE occurred in 11of 408 patients (2.7%). Conclusion:DGE can result from the comprehesive factor.The pathogenesis is unknown.Conservation treatment is necessary,and reoperation should be avoided. |
