氯丙嗪的燐光分析

摘    要:氯丙嗪在酸、碱、乙醇中均有燐光。盐酸乙醇中激发波峰为258,314 nm,发射波峰为494 nm。燐光寿命为0.31 s。灵敏度为0.01 μg/ml。双氧水氧化后出现新的燐光峰460 nm,而494 nm峰消失,寿命缩短至0.1 s。血中氯丙嗪用氯仿提取,蒸干加溶剂,在激发波长314 nm,发射波长494 nm测定,回收率达100.6%。

Abstract:Chlorpromazine phosphoresces strongly in acidic and basic media. In HCl-ethanol solution, it gives a strong phosphorescence with maximum excitation at 258 and 314 nm and maximum emission at 494 nm. After oxidation with H_2O_2, a new maximum emission at 460 nm appeared whereas the 494 nm peak disappeared. The life-time of phosphorescence was shown to be 0.31 s, but it became shorter after oxidation.Chlorpromazine may be extracted by chloroform from blood either in acidic or basic medium. A simple method for the determination of chlorpromazine in blood was developed with 100% recovery.
