视网膜电图在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤实验中的应用

摘    要:目的 :研究视网膜电图 (ERG)在视网膜缺血再灌注损伤中的变化 ,探讨其临床应用价值。方法 :2 4只SD大鼠随机分成损伤组、预处理组及丹参组。损伤组 ,大鼠视网膜在缺血 6 0min后 ,分别经再灌注 30min、2 4h及 72h后测量ERG。预处理组 ,大鼠视网膜在缺血 6 0min前 2 4h行 5min短暂缺血 ,再经上述再灌注时程后测量ERG。丹参组 ,缺血 6 0min前 30min球后注射复方丹参注射液 0 .0 5ml,再经上述再灌注时程后测量ER。结果 :损伤组各时程b波下降明显 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,预处理组及丹参组再灌注 72h后b波恢复 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :视网膜缺血再灌注损伤引起ERGb波明显下降 ,ERGb波是客观反映其损伤及功能恢复的敏感性指标。

Abstract:Objective:To study the changes of ERG in retinal ischemic reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:24 SD rats were randomly grouped into injury group, precondition(PC) group and radix salviae miliorrhizae (RSM) group. Retinal ischemia was produced for 60 minutes in anesthetized rats and ERG was measured 30 minutes. 24 hours and 72 hours later. The rats in PC group underwent retinal ischemia for 5 minutes constituted the PC stimulus and then 60 minutes ischemia 24 hours later. The rats in RSM group received a retrobalar injection of salvia miliorrhizae at a dose of 0.05 ml 30 minutes before ischemia.Results: The amplitude of b wave in injury group declined morkedly but completely recovered after 72 hour reperfusion in PC group and RSM group. Conclusion: Retinal ischemia reperfusion induce amplitude declination of b wave and b wave could serve a sensitive assessment of retinal injury and recovery.
