妊娠合并急性阑尾炎22例临床分析

目的:总结妊娠期急性阑尾炎的诊治经验,防止流产、早产、死胎等并发症发生.方法:对我院1998年6月至2007年3月收治22例妊娠期急性阑尾炎患者的临床表现、诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析.结果:临床表现为急腹症,除2例患者因并发腹膜炎,病情危重转上级医院治疗外,所有患者均行阑尾切除术,流产3例,早产2例,死胎2例,无产妇死亡.结论:妊娠合并阑尾炎早期明确诊断,尽早手术是治疗的关键.

Clinical Analysis on 22 cases Acute Appendicitis During Pregnant Period

Objecitve: We study the experience of acute appendicitis during pregnant period to prevent the complication of abortion premature and fetal death,etc.Method: We reviewed the symptom,diagnosis and treatment of 22 cases acute appendicitis during pregnant period who were charged in our hospital from Jun.1998 to Mar.2007.Result: All the patientswere with appendectomy except 2 cases with peritonitis who were divered to the other hosiptal.and all aof them were acute abdomen.There're 3 cases abortion,2 cases premature,2 cases with fetal death and no death of pregnancy woman.Conclusion: The key to operate in time is the main approch for acute appendicitis during pregnancy period.
