| 摘 要： | OSCE（Objective Structured Clinical Examination，客观结构化临床考试）是一种标准化的评估学生各方面能力的考试方法，其中SP（Standardized Patients，标准化病人）是OSCE考试不可或缺的组成部分。文章就制定政策，招募高素质的SP志愿者；人文关怀，积极采纳意见与建议；畅通联络，创建无障碍沟通平台；定期培训，提高SP队伍专业素质；吸收新成员，保持SP队伍持续发展五个方面论述了如何培养稳定的高素质SP队伍。

| Abstract: | Objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)is a modern type of examination often used in medicine to test skills.SP(Standardized Patients)is a necessary part of OSCE.This paper discusses five aspects which include recruiting SP volunteers,communicating with SP,keeping in touch with SP,training SP regularly and maintaining continuous development of SP team of the cultivation of a stable and high quality SPs team. |
