正常人角膜各部位厚度超声测量结果

应用超声角膜厚度测量仪对４７例正常人（９４只眼）进行角膜各部位１７个点厚度的测量，并对其中同一半径上不同位，点的角膜厚度进行比较。结果：中央角膜厚度５２５．６５±２．２４μｍ；上方、颞上方、鼻上方角膜略厚于颞下方、颞侧及下方（Ｐ＜０．０５）。同时用角膜曲率计测量角膜中央前表面曲率度，结果角膜厚度与前表面曲率度无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）。对角膜各位点厚度测量意义及角膜厚度与曲率度及年龄的关系进行了讨论。

MEASURMENT OF DIFFERENT POINTS OF CORNEAL THICKNESS WITH ULTRASONICS

different points of corneal thickness were measured with a ultrasonic pachymeter in 94 normal eyes,and the different points thicknees on the same radius were compared.The superior,temp- superior, naso-superior of corneals were thicker than temp-inferior, temporal and inferior. The diopter of anterior corneal curvature was measured with akeratometer,there was no correlation between the certral corneal thickness and an-terior corneal curvature.
