| 摘 要： | ４６例鞍上区病变，均经ＣＴ、手术或穿刺活检病理证实，以垂体瘤（１６例）和颅咽管瘤（１１例）多见，次之为松果体瘤、动脉瘤和胶质瘤（各３例）。文内着重对其ＣＴ表现进行了分析，并就鞍上区病变的种类、ＣＴ表现和鉴别诊断要点进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | CT findings of suprasellar lesions in 46 cases confirmed by operation,puncture biopsy and pathology were reported.Pituitary adenoma(16 cases)and craniopharyngioma(11 cases)are the most common tumors,followed by pineal tumors,aneurysm and glioma(respectively 3 cases).About histologic classification,CT findings and differential diagno-sis were discussed. |
