液基细胞学与HPV—DNA联合检测在宫颈癌筛查中的临床价值

目的评价液基细胞学联合人乳头状瘤病毒（HPV）-DNA检测对宫颈癌筛查的临床价值。方法采用液基细胞学联合HPV—DNA筛查方法和宫颈活检方法对宫颈鳞状上皮内高度病变（HSIL，CINⅡ～Ⅲ）和鳞状细胞癌（SCC）进行筛查，比较两种方法的筛查准确性。结果液基细胞学共筛查1465例，与宫颈活检诊断符合率：鳞状细胞癌（scc）100％（7／7）、鳞状上皮内高度病变（晌L）78．9％（30／38）、鳞状上皮内低度病变（LSm）83．3％（35／42）、不典型鳞状细胞（ASCUS）72．90／0（97／133）。HPV16、18感染表观随宫颈病变加重而逐渐升高。结论液基细胞学联合HPV—DNA检测对宫颈癌的筛查准确性高，是一种较为理想的宫颈癌筛查方法。

The clinical value of liquid-based cytologic screening combined with human papillomavirus-DNA in detecting cervical carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of hquid -based cytologic screening combined with human papillomavims -DNA in detecting cervical carcinoma. Methods We used LB cytologic and HPV methods to detect the samples. The accuracy of two methods was compared. Results The co- incidental rate between these methods and biopsy was ：SCC100% （7/7） ,HSIL78.9% （ 30/38 ） ,LSIL83.3% （35/42）, ASCUS 72.9% （97/133）. The infection of HPV16, 18 in cervical lesions increased gradually with increased performance. Conclusion Autocyte prep LCT and HPV measurement are the good methods for screening cervical carcinoma.
