根据学生不同实习阶段的特点采取相应的教学对策

目的探讨为进一步提高学生临床实习质量及医院的教学与管理水平,在学生实习的不同阶段,应采用不同的教学对策。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对实习的183名学生及38名临床带教老师,分3个阶段进行学生实习态度及感受调查和带教老师对学生实习情况评价。结果随着实习期的延长,学生对护士的社会地位、从事护理工作的满意度、实习的重要性、医院对教学工作的重视程度的百分率降低;认为对医院的适应能力、理论指导实践能力、动手能力的百分率升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论学生在不同的实习阶段有不同的特点,应采取相应的教学对策,以提高学生的实习质量及临床教学水平。

Taking measures in accordance with characteristics of nursing students at different clinical practice stages

Objective To explore characteristics of nursing students at different clinical praclice stages and find out the adaptive teaching strategies to further enhance the quality of clinical practice of nursing students and levels of hospital teaching and management. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the practical attitudes and experiences of 183 nursing students during three different periods and 38 clinical teachers＇ evaluation on students＇ practice. Results The wactical attitudes and experiences of nursing students during three different periods were different. The teachers＇ evaluations on the students at different clinical practice stages were also different （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing students have different personality characteristics at different clinical practice stages. Teachers should adopt different teaching methods and management strategies in aceordance with students＇ characteristics,in order to improve practice quality and clinical practice teaching.
