摘    要:目的:观察山楂叶总黄酮(hawthorn leaves flavonoids,HLF)对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)30min,复灌90min后复制出大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察HLF对大鼠心肌酶学和脂质过氧化的影响.结果:HLF能减少心肌细胞磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的释放,能显著提高大鼠血清和心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低心肌和血清脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)含量.结论:HLF对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用,其机制可能与清除自由基,抑制脂质过氧化反应有关.

Abstract:To inverstigate the protective effects of hawthorn leaves flavonoids (HLF) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods: Myocadial ischemia reperfusion injury models were estab1ished by the ligation of left desending coronary artery for 30min and referfusion for 90min in rats, and the influence of procyanidin on enzymes of myocadial and lipid peroxide were observed. Results: Hawthorn leaves flavonoids decreased myocardial creatine phosphokinase (CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),raised the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD), reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardial and senum in comparision with the control. Conclusion: Hawthorn leaves flavonoids has a protective effect on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. The action is related to the inhibition of the free radical and subsequent lipid peroxidation.
