| Abstract: | Objective: The content of trimethoprim in the Yanteling tablets was determined derecte without any separation.Methods: Differetial spectrophotometry was used.Results: The average recovery of the method was 100.2%.(RSD=0 30%, n =5) Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate. |
