医学成人教育专升本教学计修划订必须符合专业的培养目标,必须遵循医学成人教育的发展规律;既要体现教学计划整体性与统一性,又要突出灵活性、多样性与自身的特色;坚持医学理论水平、科学研究能力与人文科学素养并重;坚持实事求是的原则,正视成人学生的实际工作与学习情况,制订适合成人教育教学与成人学生学习的医学成人教育专升本教学计划。

Research and Reflection on the Revision of Teaching Plan for Junior College to Be Upgraded to College of Medical Adult Education

The teaching plan of junior colleges to be upgraded to colleges of medical adult education should be revised in accordance with the training goal of the specialty,and the development law of medical adult education.The plan not only embodies its entirety and unity,but also gives prominence to its flexibility,diversity and its own features.The plan should aim at raising the level of medical science,the ability in science research and humanities quality.It should adhere to the principle of seeking the truth from the fact.Based on the reality of adult students' work and learning,the plan should be fit for teaching in adult education and learning of adult students.
