| 摘 要： | 坏死性筋膜炎是以皮下组织和筋膜进行性水肿、坏死伴全身中毒症状为特征的急性感染性疾病,其感染主要侵及筋膜,不累及肌肉。因其发展迅速,如未经及时诊断和正确处理,本病患者多死于败血症和脓毒血症。我科曾收治肛周及阴囊坏死性筋膜炎1例,采用中西医结合治疗,疗效满意。
