毫米波治疗晚期肺癌癌性疼痛的临床疗效

目的　观察毫米波治疗仪对晚期肺癌癌性疼痛的止痛疗效。方法　对 34例晚期肺癌合并肿瘤所致疼痛患者 ,其中轻度疼痛 2 2例 ,中度 11例 ,重度 1例。采用毫米波治疗仪治疗 (毫米波频率 36 GHz,波长 8.3mm) ,主辐射器照射主穴 ,副辐射器照射副穴 ,每次 30 min,每日 1～ 2次 ,每周 5日 ,一疗程 2 0次。结果　轻度患者止痛总有效率 (CR+PR+MR) 78.18% ,中度患者总有效率 72 .18% ,所有患者总有效率 70 .5 9%。治疗后疼痛打分下降 ,治疗时起效时间缩短 ,疼痛缓解时间延长 ,差别有极显著意义 (p<0 .0 1) ,未见明显不良反应。结论　毫米波治疗对轻、中度肺癌癌性疼痛有较好的治疗作用 ,值得进一步深入研究和推广

Use of Meridian Conducting Millimeter Wave in the Reduction of Pain Level Among Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To observe the efficacy of millimeter wave in treating lung cancer patients with pain.Methods Thirty four patients were divided into three groups based on the levels of pain: 22 with mild level of pain, 11 with moderate level of pain and 1 with severe pain. All patients were treated by meridian conducting millimeter wave instrument whose wavelength and frequency was 8.3 mm and 36 GHz, respectively. Two acupunctural points relating to the lung disease were selected and focus radiated for 1 or 2 times per day, 30 minutes per time, five days a week, and 20 times per cycle.Results There were 25 males and 8 females. The mean age was 59.79. The percentages of CR+PR+MR was 78.18% and 72.72%, respectively, for the group of mild pain and of moderate pain. The overall effective rate for all patients was 70.59%. After the treatment, the following changes were significant (p<0.01): level of pain as documented by patients themselves decreased, time of onset action reduced, time of pain relieving period increased. No significant side effects were observed during the study.Conclusion The use of meridian conducting millimeter wave has shown significant results in reducing the pain level among mild and moderate group of lung cancer patients. Further investigation of the effectiveness of the use of the instrument is needed.
