| 摘 要： | 护理团队精神的培养和形成能促进护理组织和个人及护理学科的发展,护士长作为护理团队的管理者和核心,对护理团队精神的形成和培养起着重要作用。通过对护理团队精神的培养,提高了护理团队的协作能力,树立了良好的社会形象,提高了护理质量和护士长个人素质,培养了护士的综合素质;同时,增强了护理团队应对突发公共事件的应急能力。

| Abstract: | Development and formation of team spirit in nursing can promote both personal development and nursing specialty development.As the manager and core of nurse team,the head nurse plays key role in the cultivation and formation of team spirit.This article introduced the practice of head nurses in the cultivation of team spirit in nurse team.As a result,this practice enhanced the cooperation ability of nurse team,set up good social image of nurse,improved the quality of nursing and the personal trait of head nurse,cultivated nurses' general diathesis,and enhanced the ability of coping with public accidents of nurse team. |
