头状蓼脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:研究头状蓼的脂肪酸成分。方法:采用索氏提取法提取脂肪酸成分,用气相色谱一质谱法分析化学成分。结果:从头状蓼中分离鉴定了17个脂肪酸成分,3个甾醇类成分和植醇,占色谱总出峰面积的67.22%,主要成分为亚麻酸,亚油酸和棕榈酸。结论:头状蓼中脂肪酸主要为不饱和脂肪酸,含量较高的亚麻酸、亚油酸和棕榈酸可能是头状蓼的药效成分之一。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the fatty acids from polygonum alatum Buch.-Ham.Methods: The fatty acids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and GC-MS was used to analyze their chemical components.Results: Seventeen fatty acids compounds,three sterols and one phytol were identified from p.alatum Buch.-Ham.,amounting to 67.22% of the total constituents,linolenic acid,linoleic acid and palmic acid were the main compounds.Conclusion: Unsaturated fatty acids are the main compounds of P.alatum Buch.-Ham..linolenic acid,l...
