2004年度梅县卫生监督人员状况分析

目的分析梅县2004年度卫生监督人员的基本状况，为基层卫生监督工作决策提供依据。方法利用梅县2003、2004年度卫生监督人员基本情况资料进行统计分析比较。结果2004年梅县县级卫生监督人员有32人，乡镇助理卫生监督员54人，共86人；专业分布以综合性卫生监督员为主；学历、职称构成以大专以下学历、中低级职称为主；所学专业以卫生专业为主，医药专业次之；性别、年龄构成以男性和中青年(30—54岁组)为主。结论梅县卫生监督人员结构组成不够理想，须严把卫生监督人员准人关，提高其专业素质和及时引进相关人才。

Analysis of the Basic Situation of Hygiene Supervisor of Meixian of 2004

Objective To analyze the basic situation of hygiene of superv isor of Meixian county, and provide basis for the managerial decision. Methods Information of the basic situation of the hygiene supervisor of Meixian county f rom 2003 to 2004 was collected and statistically analyzed. Results There were 8 6 hygiene supervisors in Meixian county in 2004. Most of them were mainly specia lized in comprehensive health supervision. Most of the supervisors was at middle and low rank positions,with an academic qualification at college level. More su pervisors specialized in hygiene than in medical field. The majority was male at the age of 30 to 54 years old. Conclusion The composition of the hygiene super visors of Meixian county was not ideal enough. The quality of the supervisors sh ould be improved and the professional training should be enhanced. Prompt recru itment of high quality persons with relevant professional qualification is neede d.
