| 摘 要： | 目的:建立柴芩菊感冒软胶囊的质量标准.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别柴芩菊感冒软胶囊中柴胡、青蒿、野菊花及石膏;用高效液相色谱法对制剂中黄芩苷进行定量分析.结果:平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.9%(n=6).结论:所建立之方法可靠、准确、专属性强,可有效控制柴芩菊感冒软胶囊的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the quality standard for Chaiqinju capsules.Methods: The identifications of Radix Bupleuri,Herba Artemisiae Annuae,Flos Chrysanthemi Indici,and Gypsum Fibrosum of Chaiqinju capsules were performed by TLC.The baicalin in the formulation was quantified by HPLC.Results: The mean recovery rate of the Chaiqinju capsules was 98.6% with RSD of 1.9%(n=6).Conclusion: This reliable,accurate and specific method can be used for quality control of Chaiqinju capsules. |
