悬饮贴膏联合胸腔灌注化疗对恶性胸腔积液免疫功能的影响

目的观察悬饮贴膏联合胸腔灌注化疗对恶性胸腔积液患者免疫功能的影响。方法将70例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例外贴悬饮贴膏联合胸腔灌注化疗,对照组34例单纯胸腔灌注化疗。2组均15 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察2组临床疗效及对T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8的影响。结果治疗组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率58.8%,2组有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后CD3、CD4、CD8比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论悬饮贴膏联合胸腔灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,且提高患者细胞免疫功能。

Observation of effect of Xuanyin plaster combined with intrapleural perfusion of chemotherapy on immunologic function in patients with malignant pleural effusion

Objective To observe the effect of Xuanyin plaster combined with intrapleural perfusion of chemotherapy on immunologic function in patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods 70 cases of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into control group,received intrapleural perfusion of chemotherapy only,and treatment group,which received Xuanyin plaster combined with intrapleural perfusion of chemotherapy.The course was 15 days in two groups.The changes of CD3,CD4 and CD8 and effect were observed.Results The effective rate in treatment group（83.3%） was higher than that in control group（58.8%,P0.05）.The improvement of CD3,CD4 and CD8 in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xuanyin plaster combined with intrapleural perfusion of chemotherapy has definite effect on malignant pleural effusion,and can enhance immunologic function of patients.
