针刺联合中西药治疗枸橼酸氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征30例疗效观察

目的观察针刺联合中西药治疗枸橼酸氯米芬（CC）抵抗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床疗效。方法将60例CC抵抗PCOS患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例用CC和注射用尿促性素（HMG）、二至天癸方免煎颗粒联合针刺治疗,对照组30例用CC、HMG和二至天癸方免煎颗粒治疗,2组疗程均为3个月经周期。观察2组注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）当日的血性激素水平雌二醇（E2）、黄体生成激素（LH）、孕酮（P）]和成熟卵泡数、子宫内膜厚度、排卵率（3个月经周期的平均值）。结果治疗组注射HCG当日LH较对照组高（P〈0.05）。治疗组注射HCG当日子宫内膜厚度较对照组厚（P〈0.05）,排卵率较对照组高（P〈0.01）。结论二至天癸方免煎颗粒有助于卵泡生长,CC、HMG能使部分CC抵抗PCOS患者募集卵泡发育,联合针刺治疗,能提高排卵率,增加子宫内膜厚度。

Observation of Clomiphene citrate resistant polycystic ovary syndrome treated by combination of acupuncture,Chinese and western medicine

Objective To observe the effect of Clomiphene citrate resistant polycystic ovary syndrome treated by combination of acupuncture,Chinese and western medicine.Methods 60 cases of Clomiphene citrate（CC） resistant polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=30） received combined treatment of CC,Menotrophin,Erzhitiankui granule and acupuncture.Patients in control group were treated by combination of CC,Menotrophin and Erzhitiankui granule.The course was three menstrual cycles in two groups.The hormone levels of human chorionic gonadotrophin（HCG） including E2,LH and P,vesicula graafianae number,endometrial thickness and ovulating rate were observed.Results The level of LH in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.The thickness of endometrium in treatment group was thicker than that in control group on day that HCG was injected（P0.05）.The ovulating rate was higher（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment of CC,Menotrophin,Erzhitiankui granule and acupuncture increase ovulating rate and thickness of endometrium.
