加减温经汤对无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血患者子宫动脉血流动力学及血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的观察温经汤对无排卵型功能失调性子宫出血(以下简称功血)患者子宫动脉血流动力学及血液流变学的影响。方法将150例无排卵型功血患者随机分为2组,治疗组75例予加减温经汤治疗;对照组75例予西医常规治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效、治疗前后子宫动脉血流动力学及血液流变学指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率85.33%,对照组总有效率82.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后子宫动脉血流量、平均流速均加快,阻力指数降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);且2组治疗后子宫动脉血流量、平均流速、阻力指数比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。2组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞沉降率及纤维蛋白原均降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且2组治疗后比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论温经汤可改善无排卵型功血患者子宫动脉血流动力学及血液流变学,且临床疗效确切。

Investigation of blood flow and blood in patients with anovulatory functional bleeding treated by Wenjing decoction

Abstract:Objective To investigate blood flow and blood in patients with anovulatory functional bleeding treated by Wenjing decoction.Methods 150 cases of anovulatory functional bleeding were randomly divided into two treatment group,which were treated by Wenjing decoction,and control group,which were treated by routine ther-apy.The course was 30 days in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(85.33%) was higher than that in control group(82.67%,P0.05).There were obvious differences between before and after treatment on volume of blood flow,mean glow velocity and resistant index in two groups(P0.05).Volume of blood flowand mean glowvelocity were quicker,and resistant index after treatment were decreased.Whole blood high shear viscocity,whole blood low shear viscocity,blood plasma viscocity,hematocrit,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte sedimentation rat and fibrinogen were decreased(P0.05).Conclusion Wenjing decoction can improve hemodynamic and haemorheology of uterine artery in patient with anovulatory functional bleeding.
