| 摘 要： | 目的研究认知行为干预能否改善患者在牙周病系统支持治疗阶段的依从性。方法将780例就诊的临床诊断为＂慢性牙周炎＂的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,在基础治疗后6个月分别测量并记录所有牙的简化软垢指数（DI-S）、简化牙石指数（CI-S）、菌斑指数（PLI）和探诊出血指数（BOP）。结果进入牙周支持阶段治疗后两组患者的依从性差异有统计学意义,在基础阶段治疗后6个月患者复诊行口腔检查,两组间DI-S、CI-S、PLI、BOP阳性率水平差异有统计学意义。结论与单纯的口腔卫生宣教相比,认知行为干预能够更好改善牙周炎患者依从性,从而有利于维持牙周支持阶段治疗的效果。
