摘    要:目的研究大鼠脑出血不同时期Fas相关死亡域蛋白(FADD)表达和脑水肿及纳洛酮对其的影响,探讨纳洛酮脑保护机制。方法 126只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、脑出血组、纳洛酮治疗组,每组42只采用自体血脑内注射法建立脑出血动物模型,应用免疫组化方法检测脑出血后不同时间点血肿周边脑组中FADD表达情况,干湿比重法测脑水肿。结果出血后3hFADD和脑水肿升高,48~72h达到高峰,与脑出血组比较纳洛酮治疗组FADD和脑水肿表达显著减少(P〈0.01)。结论脑出血后血肿周围细胞FADD表达和脑水肿明显增多,纳洛酮可能通过抑制FADD的表达,减轻脑水肿,对脑出血后脑组织有保护作用。
