| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经右胸、腹二切口行食管癌切除术式的应用.方法 经右胸、上腹正中二切口行食管癌切除胸顶食管胃底端侧吻合手术34例,其中胸上段8例,胸中段癌22例,胸下段癌4例;均用吻合器在胸腔内吻合,其中8例在超胸顶吻合.结果 手术切除率为100%,其中根治性切除30例,姑息性切除4例,无手术死亡病例、无吻合口瘘及其他严重并发...
