健脾益肾方合黄葵胶囊治疗难治性肾病综合征53例临床观察

目的观察健脾益肾方合黄葵胶囊治疗难治性肾病综合征（RNS）的临床疗效。方法将106例RNS患者随机分为2组各53例,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予健脾益肾方合黄葵胶囊口服治疗。2组均以4周为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察临床疗效、中医症状积分、24 h尿蛋定量、血浆白蛋白（Alb）、血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、血肌酐（Cr）及尿素氮（BUN）等指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率84.9%,对照组总有效率67.9%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后中医症状积分与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后低于治疗前;治疗组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组治疗后（P〈0.05）。2组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、TC、TG、Cr及BUN均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,Alb升高（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量、TC、Cr及BUN均低于对照组治疗后（P〈0.05）。结论健脾益肾方合黄葵胶囊治疗RNS疗效确切,且能减少复发,改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Observation of formula for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with Huangkui capsule on refractoriness nephrotic syndrome

Objective To observe the effect of formula for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with Huangkui capsule on refractoriness nephrotic syndrome（RNS）.Methods 106 patients with RNS were randomly divided into two groups,53 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine.Patients in treatment group were treated by routine western medicine combined with formula for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney and Huangkui capsule.The course was six months in two groups.The changes of effect,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,24 h Upro,Alb,TC,TG,Cr and BUN were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（84.9%） was higher than that in control group（67.9%,P0.05）.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,24 h Upro,Alb,TC,TG,Cr and BUN in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Formula for strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney combined with Huangkui capsule has definite effect on refractoriness nephrotic syndrome,and can reduce recurrence,improve clinical symptoms.
