| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Survivin、Bcl-2在结肠癌组织中的表达及其与结肠癌临床病理学特征关系。方法利用免疫组织化学染色方法检测55例结肠癌组织及15例正常结肠癌组织中Survivin、Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,结合临床病理特征对其进行分析。结果 Survivin、Bcl-2在结肠癌组织中的表达率显著高于癌旁组织和正常结肠组织中的表达率（P〈0.05）;有淋巴转移的癌组织中Survivin、Bcl-2表达率显著高于无淋巴转移的癌组织中的表达率（P〈0.05）;Survivin、Bcl-2的表达呈高度一致性（P〈0.05）。结论 Sur-vivin、Bcl-2与结肠癌的生物学行为密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expression of Survivin,Bcl-2 in colon carcinoma and to evaluate whether the presence of Survivin and Bcl-2 is associated with the clinical pathological characteristics of colon carcinoma.Methods The expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 proteins was detected by immunohistochemistry in 55 samples of colon carcinoma and 15 samples of normal colon tissue.The expression and clinical pathological characteristics were analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin and Bcl-2 in colon carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues（P0.05）.The positive expression rate of Survivin and Bcl-2 in the cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the cancer tissues without lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.The expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 showed high consistency（P0.05）.Conclusion Survivin and Bcl-2 are closely correlated with clinical pathological characteristics of colon carcinoma. |
