| 摘 要： | 目的：建立小鼠异位心脏移植模型，摸索稳定的手术方法。方法：结合国内外手术方法，将供者心脏的升主动脉和肺动脉分别与受者腹主动脉和下腔静脉行端侧吻合，成功地建立了小鼠异位心脏移植模型。结果：手术25次，成功18次，手术成功率72％。结论：手术方法稳定，为以后进一步进行移植免疫学研究奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish heterotropic cardiac transplantation model in mice and investigate stable operative method. Methods: According to domestic and abroad operative methods, performing donor ascending aorta and pulmonary artery end-to-side anastomosis to recipient abdominal aorta and inferior vena respectively, establishing heterotropic cardiac transplantation model in mice successfully. Results: Making operation 25 cases altogether, succeeding 18 cases, operation achievement ratio was 72%. Conclusion: The operation method is stable and making the basis for the following transplantation immunology research. |
