| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨甲泼尼龙冲击疗法（ＭＰＰＴ）对血压和心电图的影响。方法：甲泼尼龙２０ｍｇ／（ｋｇ·ｄ）溶于５％葡萄糖溶液５００ｍＬ中静脉滴注，ｑｄ×（３～５ｄ），对６０例神经免疫性疾病病人实施ＭＰＰＴ，记录输注前后及输注过程的血压和心电图变化。结果：在甲泼尼龙输注过程中，收缩压升高３．５±１．０ｋＰａ（０．５～１０ｋＰａ），舒张压升高１．１±０．６ｋＰａ（０．３～６ｋＰａ），心率增快１６±４次／ｍｉｎ（６～２８次／ｍｉｎ），心电图出现Ｓ－Ｔ和Ｔ波改变１９例，心律失常２３例。在输注结束后３～６ｈ内，血压、心率和心电图改变大务恢复至输注前水平。结论：ＭＰＰＴ可致一过性血压升高和心电图异常。

| Abstract: | AIM :To explore the effect of methylprednisolone pulse therapy(MPPT) on blood pressure and electrocardiogram. METHODS:Sixty patients with neuroimmunologic diseases were treated with methylprednisolone 20 mg/(kg·d)in 5% glucose 500 mL,iv,drip,qdfor 3-5d.The blood pressure and eletrocardiogram before,during and after infusion were recorded.RESULTS:The MPPT elevated the systolic BP by 3.5±1.0(0.5-10) kPa,the diastolic pressure by 1.1±0.6(0.3- 6) kPa,the heart rate by 16 ± 4(6-28) bpm,and induced an abnormal ECG. These chenges disappeared mostly within 3-6h after the infusion. CONCLUSION:MPPT may induce a transient elevation of BP and abnormal ECG. |
