玻璃化冷冻人卵母细胞体外受精－胚胎移植9例临床分析

目的：探讨人卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻在体外受精－胚胎移植（ IVF-ET）中的应用效果。方法行IVF-ET 治疗、因取卵日男方因素无法进行受精的患者9例，对其成熟卵子进行玻璃化冷冻保存，解冻后进行卵胞浆内显微授精（ICSI），记录卵子复苏、受精、卵裂及移植后妊娠情况。结果9例患者共解冻复苏58枚卵子，复苏率68．2％（58／85）；复苏后进行ICSI的成熟卵子中，受精40枚，形成胚胎34枚，受精率69．0％，卵裂率85．0％。7个移植周期共移植胚胎15枚，临床妊娠3例，临床妊娠率42．9％。结论人卵母细胞玻璃化冷冻可以获得一定的临床妊娠率，在IVF-ET中可作为临床治疗的选择之一。

In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer using human oocytes with vitrified cryopreservation:a report of 9 cases

Objective To explore the effect of vitrification of human oocytes applied to in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET).Methods Nine patients who could not be fertilized due to male factors underwent IVF-ET.The mature ova of these patients were treated with vitrified cryopreservation .Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) was conducted after the ova were thawed .The recovery, fertilization,segmentation and pregnancy after transplantation were recorded .Results A Total of 58 ova were thawed in the 9 patients,and the recovery rate was 68.2%(58/85) .Of the mature ova received ICSI after recovery ,40 ova were fertilized and 34 developed into embryos . The fertilization rate and segmentation rate were 69.0%and 85.0%respectively.In 7 transplantation cycles ,15 embryos were transplanted and clinical pregnancy was completed in 3 cases,and the clinical pregnancy rate was 42.9%.Conclusion Vitrified cryopreservation of human oocytes can achieve satisfactory clinical pregnancy rate .IVF-ET can be one of the choices for clinical therapy .
