某种阿胶铁冲剂改善中老年人群缺铁性贫血的实验研究

摘    要:目的评价某种阿胶铁冲剂对中老年缺铁性贫血人群的贫血改善效果。方法选择120名患有缺铁性贫血的中老年志愿者,按其体内血红蛋白水平分层随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组每日服用阿胶铁冲剂,对照组服安慰剂,服食期为60天。在服食期开始前、结束后检测志愿者血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白、红细胞内游离原卟啉含量,血清运铁蛋白饱和度,以及肝肾功能等各项指标,并观察、记录各志愿者贫血相关症状的变化情况。结果服用阿胶铁冲剂60天后,试验组人群的各项贫血相关症状均有改善,同时其血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白及血清运铁蛋白饱和度显著上升,红细胞内游离原卟啉含量显著降低,各项指标与服用前比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P0.01);两组人群的肝肾功能及其他安全性指标均未见异常。结论阿胶铁冲剂对中老年人缺铁性贫血有显著改善作用,且对健康无损害。

Experimental study of donkey-hide glue iron medicinal granules on the effect of iron deficiency anemia in middle aged and elderly people
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of donkey-hide glue iron medicinal granules on iron deficiency anemia in middle aged and elderly people. Methods One hundred twenty middle aged and elderly volunteers with iron deficiency anemia were selected and randomly assigned according to the haemoglobin levels, to receive donkey-hide glue iron medicinal granule or a placebo for 60 days. Haemoglobin, serum ferritin and free protoporphyrin levels, serum transferrin saturation, hepatic and renal index as well as anemia symptoms were recorded and compared before and after the treatment. Results After 60 days of treatment, anemia symptoms were improved in treated volunteers. In the meantime, haemoglobin levels, serum ferritin levels and serum transferrin saturation increased significantly (P<0.01), while free protoporphyrin levels decreased significantly comparing to the control (P <0.01). No changes were observed in hepatic and renal funtions as well as other indices. Conclusion The donkey-hide glue iron medicinal granule could improve iron deficiency anemia in the middle aged and elderly persons and is not harmful to their health.
