坦度螺酮联合埃索美拉唑治疗非糜烂性反流病伴焦虑的疗效分析

目的：探讨坦度螺酮联合埃索美拉唑治疗非糜烂性反流病（ NERD）伴焦虑患者的疗效及安全性。方法将86例NERD伴焦虑患者按随机数字表法分为两组各43例。观察组口服埃索美拉唑镁联合坦度螺酮，疗程8周；对照组口服埃索美拉唑镁，疗程8周。分别于治疗前及治疗2、4、6、8周后测定两组胃食管反流病问卷表（ GERD Q ）、Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung 抑郁自评量表（SDS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分，记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组GERD Q、SDS、SAS、HAMA、HAMD评分总体均随着时间的延长呈下降趋势（P＜0．05），且治疗后观察组各项评分均低于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率为9．3％（4／43），与对照组的4．7％（2／43）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论坦度螺酮联合埃索美拉唑治疗NERD伴焦虑状态疗效确切，可作为常规质子泵抑制剂或抗反流治疗失败时的另一种选择。

Efficacy of tandospirone combined with esomeprazole for treatment of non-erosive reflux disease complicated with anxiety

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of tandospirone combined with esomeprazole for the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) complicated with anxiety.Methods Eighty-six patients with NERD and anxiety were divided into two groups using the random number table ,with 43 cases in each group .The observation group was administered oral esomeprazole and tandospirone for 8 weeks,and the control group was administered oral esomeprazole for 8 weeks.Before treatment and at 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment ,both groups were assessed using gastroesophageal reflux disease questionnaires ( GERD Q ) , Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) , Zung Self-Rating Depression Scale ( SDS ) , Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA ) and Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD ) , and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded in both groups .Results Overall,the scores of GERD Q,SDS,SAS,HAMA,HAMD in the observation group tended to decrease over time(P<0.05),and the score of each scale in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group[9.3%(4/43) vs.4.7%(2/43),P>0.05].Conclusion Tandospirone combined with esomeprazole for treating NERD complicated with anxiety can achieve a definite efficacy .And this approach can be another choice when regular proton pump inhibitors or anti-reflux treatment fails .
