| 摘 要： | 在30例成年下肢标本,观测了腓骨长肌形态、血管和神经.肌腱平均长13.5cm,肌腱与交叉韧带横经相近.自入肌的最低神经与血管分支处,将肌腹和肌腱逆转向上,可超出膝关节间隙14.7cm.采用腓骨长肌腱转位重建膝关节交叉韧带是可行的,肌腱游离度大,可作单条或多条韧带损伤重建.

| Abstract: | The shape, blood supply and innervation of long peroneal muscle were observed on 30 adult leg specimens. The tendon is 134.8mm in length and has a cross-section similar to that of the cruciate ligaments. By tenotomy of the distal end of the long peroneal muscle, the muscle could be turned upwards at the lowest entrance of nutrient blood vessels and nerves. The distal end of the tendon may reach 146.5mm above the knee joint space level, which is long enough for the reconstruction of cruciate ligaments. |
