| 摘 要： | 在31具2～6岁儿童尸体上,观测了气囊扩张肺动脉狭窄术有关的应用解剖学数据.肺动脉瓣环上下缘横径分别是11.2mm、13.9mm,前、左、右瓣膜高分别是8.0mm、7.8mm和7.6mm.观测了与扩张术相关的股血管、髂外血管及髂总静脉等,为临床实施该术提供了应用解剖学依据.

| Abstract: | Anatomical data for the application of pulmonary stenosis dilatation ware obtained from dissections on 31 cadavers aged from 2 to 6 years. The pulmonary artery measured respectively 11. 2mm and 13. 9mm in diameters at levels of upper and lower rings of pulmonary valves. The diameters of the anterior, left and right pulmonary valves are 8mm, 7.8mm and 7.6mm separately. Some correlative structures to the dilatation operation, such as the femoral artery, the femoral vein, the external iliac vein and the common iliac vein, were also observed. |
