丹参防治肠鼠噪声性内耳损伤的形态学研究

摘    要:本文将豚鼠暴露于120dB(SPL)白噪声2小时.防治组动物声暴露前后肌注复方丹参注射液.形态学观察表明,经丹参处理的动物内耳血管纹,毛细胞微细结构的恢复明显优于未经丹参处理的动物,为丹参防治噪声性耳聋的临床应用提供某些形态学依据.

Abstract:Guinea pigs were used in our stu-dy.Morphological analysis was madeunder light and electron microscopes.The results showed that the structureof inner ear in animals treated withmiltiorrhiza was more intact than thatin control animals.It seems that themiltiorrhiz haas a strong protectiveeffect on the noise-induced inner eardamage.
