宣痹养心调肝法治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛失眠症

摘    要:目的:观察宣痹养心调肝法治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛合并失眠症的临床疗效。方法将150例患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,各75例,2组均给予冠心病稳定性心绞痛基础药物治疗,在此基础上,对照组口服安慰剂,1包/次,2次/d,治疗组口服宣痹养心调肝法中药,1包/次,2次/d,疗程均为12周,对比2组临床疗效。结果2组治疗后睡眠质量均得到提高,但治疗组总有效率93%,优于对照组的63%( P﹤0.05)。结论宣痹养心调肝法治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛,能宣心痹、养心血、调肝阴、安心神,改善失眠症。

Abstract:Objective To observe the xuan bi yangxin adjustable liver method the clinical curative effect of treat-ment of coronary heart disease stable angina with insomnia. Methods The 150 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,two groups of patients were given based drug treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina,on this basis,the control group oral placebo,1 bag each time,2 times a day,the treatment group oral "xuan bi yangxin liver method" traditional Chinese medicine( TCM),1 bag each time,2 times a day,a course of 12 Sunday,curative effect observation comparison of two groups. Results After treatment,the treatment group of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina pectoris patients with insomnia and the control group after treatment of sleep quality was improved;And the treatment group is better than the control group. Conclusion Xuan bi yangxin liver treatments for coronary heart disease stable angina insomnia curative effect is superior to pure western medicine treat-ment,and no obvious adverse reactions.
