益气温阳法在血证中的应用

益气温阳法治疗出血性疾病的机理，在于出血性疾病中存在有气虚阳虚的病机。应用益气温阳法治疗出血性疾病的理论渊源应上承东垣脾胃学说及温补学派和清末火神派的思想。临证益气温阳法的应用要重视3个问题，即一是益气和温阳的比例；二是止血药和固本药的比例；三是要重视脾肾的关系。
