伪满时期长春市医疗卫生状况研究

日本傀儡政权伪满洲国统治东北之后，日伪政权通过医疗卫生相关政策的实施，批准医疗防疫机构以及医学院校的设立，使得伪满时期新京市的医疗卫生水平有了相当大的提高。透过这些政策措施的实施、机构具体运行内容的分析以及中医中药时情的研究，窥探日伪时期新京市的医疗卫生状况，并发现日伪政权发展医疗不是单纯的为了发展东北卫生事业，而是为了进一步实施残酷的侵略和霸权统治。

Medical treatment and sanitary conditions of Changchun during the period of Manchukuo

After the regime of the three provinces in Northeast of China was taken by Manchukuo,the puppet state of Japan,the medical and health level of the Hsinking,has seen a giant improvement. And the reason is due to the establishment of some relative policies from the Japanese puppet regime such as the build of some institution of some medical treatment and medical schools. Through the study and analysis of certain policies,the running mecha-nism of these institutions and the condition of Chinese medicine,this paper is aim to demonstrate the medical condi-tion in the time of the puppet regime of Manchukuo,and also to see that the core reason for the implement of the new policies was not for the development of the Northeast,but for the Japanese convenience to further their invasion and governing.
