中医护理方案应用于喘证效果观察

目的：评价中医护理方案应用于喘证的临床效果。方法选取152例在我院接受护理的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）患者作为临床研究对象，将2012年8月—2013年12月收治的76例病例作为对照组，行常规护理，2014年1月—2015年6月收治的76例病例为治疗组，行中医护理，比较2组护理效果。结果治疗组症状明显改善，CAT评分显著降低，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。治疗组护理总有效率98.7％，对照组总有效率80.3％，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论中医护理方案能够有效缓解喘证患者临床症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme is applied to effect of asthma for observation

Objective To observe analysis scheme is applied to the effect of asthma for TCM nursing and com-ment. Conclusion TCM nursing scheme is applied to the clinical effect of asthma for the better,can effectively alleviate the patient’s clinical symptoms,reduce the patients pain.
