| 摘 要： | 目的对比超急性期脑挫裂伤在CT与MR I中的表现特点,探讨MR I在超急性期脑挫裂伤的应用价值。方法对30例超急性期脑挫裂伤患者进行CT与MR I检查,分析超急性期脑挫裂伤在两者中的表现特点。结果 30例患者中,CT检查可显示12例,漏诊18例;MR I可显示30例,优于CT。结论诊断超急性期脑挫裂伤MR I优于CT,MR I的DW I应作为脑挫裂伤常规扫描方法。
