支撑喉镜下小儿喉乳头状瘤切除术的护理探讨

目的探讨支撑喉镜下小儿喉乳头状瘤切除术的护理。方法小儿喉乳头状瘤切除术28例，其中一度喉阻塞15例，二度喉阻塞9例，三度喉阻塞4例。对28例喉乳头状瘤患儿密切观察病情以赢取抢救机会，进行有效的术前术后护理，包括心理护理、术后并发症的预防、气管切开术后呼吸道管理及出院指导。结果28例喉乳头状瘤患儿均好转出院。喉乳头状瘤患儿及其家长心理健康状况得到了改善。结论小儿喉乳头状瘤具有侵袭性及易复发性，随年龄增长有自限趋势的特性，但迄今尚无根治办法，手术是现阶段的主要治疗手段。喉乳头状瘤患儿的术前术后观察与护理对及时发现患儿病情变化，进行有效的抢救措施至关重要。完善的围手术期护理是手术成功的重要保障，

Nursing Studies of Juvenile Laryngeal Papilloma Surgery under Self-retaining Laryngoscope

Objective To study the nursing of juvenile laryngeal papilloma surgery under the self-retaining laryngoscope. Methods Among 28 juvenile cases with laryngeal papilloma excision, 15 cases were with I degree laryngeal obstruction,9 cases with 1I degree laryngeal obstruction,4 cases with m degree laryngeal obstruction. All patients were closely observed to gain the reme- dy opportunity. The preoperative and postoperative nursing, including mental nursing, preventing of the postoperative complica- tions,managing of the respiratory tract after the tracheotomia and direction of leaving hospital, were conducted effectively. Results All 28 eases were improved. The mental status of patients and their parents were improved. Conclusion Juvenile laryngeal papilloma is aggressive and tends to recur. It has the self-limited tendency with one＇ s age,but there is no radical cure in clinic, the surgery is a main treatment method. The preoperative and postoperative observation and nursing among juvenile patients is very important for us to discover the change of disease conditions and take a effective remedy measures promptly. The consummate nursing in perioperative period is a key to a successful operation.
