| 摘 要： | 目的 评价经皮激光椎间盘汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006年6月至2008年6月期间接受经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化术治疗的221例患者的临床资料.结果 术后3 d、1、3、6、12个月评价疗效,有效率均在80%以上.有4个椎间隙穿刺失败,均为L5～S1间隙,穿刺成功率98.5%,其余改行经小关节突内侧入路射频治疗或经骶管入路胶原酶溶盘术.结论 经皮激光椎间盘汽化术是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of percutaneous laser disc decompression （PLDD） in the treatment of lumbar disc intervertebral herniation. Methods 221 patients undergoing percutaneous intervertebral laser disc herniation treated from June 2006 to June 2008 were reviewed. Results At 3 d, 1,3,6,12 months after the treatment, the effective rate was 80 % Or above. 4 times of intervertebral puncture were failure, all in the L5-S1 space. The puncture success rate was 98.5%. The treatment of the remainder was changed into radiofrequency via medial approach of articular process or collagenase disc ablation via caudal approach. Conclusion Percutaneous laser disc decompression is a effective method in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
