崇明地区学龄儿童碘营养状况调查分析

目的了解上海市崇明地区8～12岁儿童尿碘水平，推测崇明地区居民碘营养状况，为进一步调整崇明碘盐政策提供理论和指导依据。方法采用整群、分层、随机抽样相结合的方法，收集崇明东西南北中五个方位的5所小学中三～五年级各一个班级的8～12岁学生共725份尿样，采用武汉众生生化技术有限公司生产的尿碘快速定量检测试剂盒（热消解）进行尿碘检测，采用曲线化为直线的回归方程法计算尿碘含量，采用触诊法检查甲状腺大小，并进行分析。结果725名儿童尿碘水平为（229．5±108．1）μg／L（29．2～660．6M／L），中位数为217．7μg／L，其中尿碘〈100μg／L59人占8．2％，100—199μg／L252人占35％，200—299μg／L255人占35．2％，〉300μg／L154人占21．4％。触诊检查发现甲状腺I度肿大11人，Ⅱ度肿大10人，甲肿率为2．9％。结论上海市崇明地区现阶段儿童碘摄入量基本可以满足机体的生理需要。不需要采用特别补碘措施。崇明东部沿海地区儿童尿碘水平明显高于其他区域。对尿碘舍量偏高儿童，应指导其合理调整饮食．定期监测尿碘。

Investigation of Iodine Nutrition of Children in Chongming

Objective To evaluate the iodine nutrition of the citizen in Chongming. Methods The urine iodine of 725 students, aged from 8 to 12, was measured, and palpation of thyroid gland was analyzed. Results The average urine iodine of 725 students was（229.5 ± 108. 1） μg/L,medians was 217.7 μg/L;the percentage of urine iodine less than 100 μg/L was 8.2% , between 100 μg/L and 199 μg/L was 35% ,between 200 μg/L and 299 μg/L was 35.2%, more than 300 μg/L was 21.4%. Through the palpation of thyroid gland,the thyromegaly was 2.9%. Conclusion The iodine nutrition of students in Chongming were suitable, no more special iodine were needed, for some students whose iodine nutrition were overloaded,proper guide should be provided.
