胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的护理干预

目的探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病（2 Diabetes mellitus）的护理要点，为不久的将来胰岛素泵治疗进入社区进入家庭提供指导。方法使用北京科联升华应用技术研究所提供的由韩国MESMED系统公司生产的胰岛素泵强化治疗2型糖尿病的同时给予患者心理护理和糖尿病教育，用强生微量血糖仪严密监测用泵前后血糖变化，每日监测血糖7～8次，3～4d后血糖趋于稳定可适当减少监测次数，但对老年和并发症多的患者适当增加监测次数，以便及时发现病情变化，一旦出现症状随时监测血糖情况。结果用泵5～12d后血糖均控制在理想水平。结论经过心理护理、糖尿病教育、携泵治疗等相关措施的落实，不仅有效地将用泵患者血糖控制在理想范围，减少低血糖发生率。缩短了住院日，还进一步提高了患者生活质量。

Nursing Intervention in Caring for Insulin Pump Therapy in Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To explore the care points for the insulin pump therapy in type 2 diabetes（2 Diabetes meltitus） ,and provide guidance for the application of insulin ptlmp therapy in the community or home in the near future. Methods All the selected cases with type 2 diabetes received insulin intensive treatment by using insulin pump produces by the South Korean MESMED System Company, and the psychological nursing and educations on diabetes were simultaneously carried out. The blood sugar changes were strict monitored by using the Johnson micro glueometer 7 - 8 times every day, and reduced the test number when the blood sugar tended stable 3 -4 days later. The test number was maintained for the old patients with complications. The blood sug- ar situation was momentarily monitored when the condition changed. Results The blood sugar was controlled in ideal level by the insulin pump therapy of 5 - 12 days. Conclusion The psychological nursing, education on diabetes and insulin pump therapy can effectively control the level of blood sugar in patients with type 2 diabetes, decrease the rate of hypoglycemia, reduced the date in hospital, and improve the quality of life of patients.
