| 摘 要： | 探索内科为基础，外科为手段治愈糖尿病。首先内科住院治疗，确保糖尿病患者进行手术的基本体质：控制好患者的血糖，使其达到实施手术的指征。术前对患者的病情进行严格、合理、正确的评价。空腹血清C肽值大于正常低限值的1／3的患者方可实施胃转流（GBP）手术。术后的康复应包括长期的随访，饮食营养的合理调配，依据患者的病情不定期的监测，心理治疗的支持，不良生活方式的监控等。内科、外科不分家，中西医联合，“三维一体”治愈糖尿病，这一目标是可以实现的。
