预先应用帕瑞昔布钠治疗无痛人工流产术后宫缩痛的临床研究

目的 研究帕瑞昔布钠预先镇痛对人工流产手术后苏醒期宫缩痛的影响.方法 无痛人工流产手术60例,随机分为A、B两组,每组30例.A组在芬太尼与丙泊酚静脉麻醉前10 min静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40 mg,B组为静脉麻醉对照组.观察两组麻醉药用量、镇痛效果和术后宫缩痛VAS评分.结果 两组术中丙泊酚总用量、手术时间、镇痛效果和呼吸抑制发生率没有统计学差异 A、B组术后宫缩痛发生率分别为16.7%（5/30）和56.7%（17/30）,宫缩痛VAS评分A组在术后明显低于B组（P＜0.05）.结论 无痛人工流产术前静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠可显著降低术后苏醒期宫缩痛的发生率和疼痛程度.

Research of parecoxib pretreatment on uterine contraction pain after painless induced abortion

Objective To research the effect of parecoxib pretreatment on the pain of uterine contraction after painless induced abortion. Methods Sixty cases of induced abortion were divided randomly into group A and group B, with 30 cases in each group. Tke subjects in group A were intravenously injected 40 mg of parecoxib before propofol and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia, and were no parecoxib in group B. The total dosage of propofol, the analgesic effect, the incidence of postoperative metralgia and its VAS were compared. Results There was no statistical difference between the groups in the total dosage of propofol, the operation time, the analgesic effect and the incidence of respiratory inhibition. The incidence rates of postoperative metralgia in group A and group B were 16.7% （5/30） and 56.7%（17/30） respectively. The VAS of metralgia in group A was obviously lower after the operation than that in group B with P〈0.05. Conclusion Pretreatment with parecoxib can reduce the pain incidence and level of uterine contraction during the recovery time after the induced painless abortion significantly.
