| 摘 要： | 目的:观察三金利胆排石汤治疗胆石症的疗效。方法:采用自拟中药三金利胆排石汤治疗胆囊结石16例,胆总管结石4例,肝内胆管结石56例,4周为1个疗程,连续观察2个疗程。结果:治愈19例,好转44例,无效13例,其中转外科手术治疗1例,总有效率为82.9%。结论:三金利胆排石汤治疗胆石症疗效可靠,安全可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of Sanjin Lidan Paishi Decoction on Cholelithiasis. Method: Self-three Chinese gold Pai Shi Tang gallbladder gallstone treatment of 16 cases, 4 cases of common bile duct stones, 56 cases of hepatolithiasis, the 4-week course of treatment for a continuous observation of treatment 2. Results:19 cases of cure, improvement in 44 cases, 13 cases ineffective, surgical treatment to 1, with a total effective rate was 82.9 percent.
